This help page describes how to manually forward messages. For information on automatically forwarding mail, please see our Email forwarding help page.
You can forward a single message, or you can forward multiple messages at a time.
When forwarding a single message, you can choose to include the forwarded message within the new email, or include the message as an attachment.
Conversations or multiple messages forwarded at the same time can only be forwarded as attachments.
Forwarding single messages
To forward a single message within a conversation (without including the rest of the conversation), open the message you would like to forward, then click the Actions menu within the email. From there, you can choose Forward or Forward as attachment.
Forwarding a conversation
To forward an entire conversation, click the More button from the toolbar along the top of the screen, then click Forward as attachment.
Forwarding multiple messages at a time
- Open the folder containing the messages you wish to forward.
- Click the check box for each message you would like to forward.
- Click the More button in the toolbar along the top of the screen, then click Forward as attachment.
- Enter the recipient's email address in the
To:
bar, then click Send.
If you have conversation view enabled, all the messages in a conversation will be included if you click the check box.
